Anthony R. Garcia is entering his 20th year in the real estate finance industry helping others attain the American Dream through homeownership. Anthony has witnessed important economic cycles in the past 19 years that has enabled him with the right experience, knowledge and expertise in assisting home buyers on how to successfully structure and secure a tailored home loan. Anthony takes pride in helping First Time Homebuyers and Repeat Buyers create what he’s coined as the “Mortgage Action Plan”. The Mortgage Action Plan he creates for his clients provides a clear and concise, step by step plan to help his clients accomplish their goal of homeownership. In his off time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his nephews and godsons, attending sporting events, hiking, as well as performing volunteer work for Brea Home Meals and Habitat for Humanity of Orange County.
